It's official. I am now a member of the butt-lovers club. I think some David Alan Grier quotes are appropriate.

"You gotta be able to put a tray of dishes on that booty, and it ain't movin."

"What I say? What I say? I got feelings for you! Can I prolapse your anus?"

Jen: OK. Moss, what did you have for breakfast this morning?
Moss: Smarties cereal.
Jen: Oh my God. I didn't even know Smarties made a cereal.
Moss: They don't. It's just Smarties in a bowl with milk.

Hiya Monkeydoodles :D, great nice to see you sharing your art on multiple venues. Now that I've seen your work here I fancy it more. I was wondering if there's a way I could contact you. You seem a friendly, approachable person, and I'd appreciate some advice on embarking on my own drawing journey. I can be reached at virgin_ronin@yahoo.com or on Yahoo messenger, SN virgin_ronin. Thanks for the thought and stay inspired! :thanks:
:iconmonkeydoodles:
Hey there! :D What kind of questions do you have? I know you are just starting out in art and it seems overwhelming, but we all begin at the same point.
:iconvirgin-ronin:
well first, I was wondering how you begin your composition. In my art experience, I used to draw lots of flashcard-size preliminaries to see which arrangement is most visually stimulating. That was with inanimate objects though, and I wanna start drawing people. Do you use the stick figure approach: circles for joints and lines for limbs. I saw that in somebody's mini-tutorial once.
:iconmonkeydoodles:
I go slightly more detailed than stick figures, like a mannequin. Very basic clothing, if they're wearing any :p, just enough to see how all the shapes work together.

Thank you so much for the watch! I appreciate it! :D
